Names of Loan Beneficiaries 2025/2026
If you are a student or representing a student who submitted a loan application to HESLB for the 2025/2026 academic year, you can follow these steps to access the list of students who have been awarded loans.
Step 1: Log in to Your SIPA Account
Before viewing the list of loan beneficiaries, you must log in to your SIPA (Student’s Individual Permanent Account). This account is essential for all students who submitted their loan applications through the OLAMS (Online Loan Application and Management System). Follow these instructions:

Visit the HESLB website:
Open your browser and go to the official HESLB website at: https://www.heslb.go.tz -
Log in to your SIPA account:
Enter your username and password to access your SIPA account. -
Click on ‘Loan Status’:
Once logged in, you will find a section called ‘Loan Status’ where you can view the status of your loan application.
Step 2: Check Your Loan Status
After successfully logging into your SIPA account, you will be able to see the status of your loan application for the 2024/2025 academic year. You may see one of the following responses:

You have been awarded a loan:
If successful, the amount awarded and the disbursement schedule will be displayed. -
Your application is being processed:
This means your application is still under review. -
You have not been awarded a loan:
If you were not awarded a loan, you may consider submitting an appeal to HESLB.
